We have two Registered Nurses on staff dedicated to supporting our clients. At no additional cost, each client requiring personal care receives an assessment from one of our nurses. These nurses also conduct routine announced and unannounced supervisory visits to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the highest standards of care.
Our Leadership Team consists of an Office Manager, Case Manager, Human Resources Manager, Client Services Manager, and Quality Assurance Manager. Together, they collaborate to uphold our core goals and values, ensuring exceptional service and care at every level.

CEO
Dr. Lois Ekwe serves as the CEO of Unity Homecare LLC, UnityHomeCare Assisted Living Facility, and Lois Staffing Agency in Maryland. With a Doctoral Degree in Counseling, she brings a wealth of expertise and compassion to her leadership roles. Dr. Ekwe has extensive experience as a hospice counselor and end-of-life counselor, where she has provided emotional and psychological support to patients and their families. Her work includes helping patients cope with grief and loss, assisting families in making decisions about end-of-life care, preparing patients and caregivers for death, and addressing the nonmedical needs of hospice patients.

With her deep commitment to improving the lives of our clients and her proven expertise in healthcare management, she ensures that our services consistently meet the highest standards.
